We are a team of heavy equipment, inspections, insurance, finance, and rental experts who came together to discuss a common issue that has been plaguing the rental industry and fleet managers for years. Until now, no one could get a grip on the issues that face the necessary and tedious work of equipment inspections, both in the field and in the yard.
We knew that high-value employees were often dispatched for these inspection jobs, taking their time and focus away from their primary roles of repairing, selling, or renting assets. We also knew that a major portion of revenue was lost when the lack of sufficient oversight on the status of equipment lead to costly write-offs when damages weren't properly logged.

Our Process
Dispatch
Our inspectors are strategically dispatched based on proximity to your unit to ensure a timely inspection.
Inspect
Our proprietary software allows us to quickly and accurately take pictures of your asset giving you a complete 360-degree view.
Document
Our inspectors will document any items that need to addressed and notate any damages directly onto the inspection form. If our Level 2 inspection has been selected, you will receive a secondary report detailing the overall health of your machine
Upload
Once all of the images and reports have been aggregated and reviewed, the information is loaded into your portal for review or download.
Notify
An email is sent to the designated recipient notifying them that the reports are ready.
