BRINGING RENTAL, FINANCE, SALES, AND OPERATIONS TOGETHER!

We are a team of heavy equipment, inspections, insurance, finance, and rental experts who came together to discuss a common issue that has been plaguing the rental industry and fleet managers for years.  Until now, no one could get a grip on the issues that face the necessary and tedious work of equipment inspections, both in the field and in the yard.

 

We knew that high-value employees were often dispatched for these inspection jobs, taking their time and focus away from their primary roles of repairing, selling, or renting assets. We also knew that a major portion of revenue was lost when the lack of sufficient oversight on the status of equipment lead to costly write-offs when damages weren't properly logged.

Additionally, the lack of intel on equipment damages has major consequences, including:

  • Unexpected, costly repairs due to expedited freight/shipping, parts, and labor for unforeseen damages.

  • Delay in repairs upon equipment return, delaying future rentals
