360-Degree Inspection

Our customized rental inspection form combines the standard daily checklist of most assets and incorporates many of the manufacturers' daily suggested inspection points.  This allows RentInspect to provide its customers and partners with a valuable, documented description of the status of their machine after each and every rental.  Every inspection will come with a 360-Degree view of the asset.  In addition to the over 30 high-resolution images, our proprietary software helps you focus on the items that need immediate attention.

Inventory/Bulk Audits

If you're a finance firm in need of asset inspections or an independent construction or rental company undergoing a financial audit, RentInspect is the place to go.  Inspecting a single machine, a pair of machines, or a hundred machines is no problem for us, and we do it quickly, thoroughly, and at a reasonable price.  Audits like these happen once or twice a year, usually at the worst possible times.  Just hand over the inventory list, and we'll take care of the rest.  

Service Inspection

The Phase 2 Inspection combines the 360-Degree Visual inspection with your fluid analysis and daily wear measurements to ensure that your units are functioning properly and being utilized according to your contract terms.  Over usage and excessive wear needs to be addressed the moment the rental ends to ensure proper and uncontested billing.  The "Phase 2" can also be used for selling assets by providing an independent analysis of your machine to ensure transparency to your buyer.

Insurance Inspection

We understand that accidents happen.  This can be a stressful time for not only the operator but the rental company that owns the machine.  Incident reports, documentations, and OSHA filings are just a few of the items that need to be addressed.   Let our team of inspectors help!  We can work with you and your insurance company to provide an in-depth, independent report of the incident and help the process move forward quickly.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Most manufacturers (especially those that require OSHA and ANSI certifications) require a pre-delivery inspection.  Also, insurance, warranty, and third-party service contracts require documentation of the status of an asset prior to binding any policy.  Let RentInspect help!  We will perform the inspection service with our own detailed inspection form or with any external form that is provided by our customer.
